- Hardware diagnostics — performance telemetry from your dedicated hardware including CPU load, memory utilization, and uptime metrics used solely for service reliability.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Service delivery — to provision, maintain, and operate your dedicated JockiBox hardware and AI assistant.
- Support — to respond to your requests, diagnose issues, and provide technical assistance.
- Improvements — to analyze aggregate usage trends and improve the reliability, performance, and features of our platform. Individual user data is never used for model training.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data resides on your dedicated hardware. We do not use shared or multi-tenant storage for user content. All connections between your devices and your JockiBox hardware are encrypted using TLS 1.3. At rest, local storage on your dedicated device is encrypted with AES-256.
4. Air-Gapped Architecture
JockiBox is built on an air-gapped architecture. Your AI assistant runs entirely on hardware dedicated to you. Your prompts, conversations, documents, and generated outputs never leave your device and are never accessible to other users, JockiBox employees, or third-party services. This design ensures that your data stays under your control at all times.
5. Third-Party Services
We use a limited number of third-party services to operate JockiBox:
- Stripe — for payment processing and subscription billing. Stripe receives your payment information directly; we do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
- Supabase — for authentication and account management. Supabase stores your email and authentication credentials.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
